    fell apart

    my drag system flew of an wont cast properly. Now got this at a bass pro shops

    Works great, but need to watch the side panel

    I have the Monarch combo and love both the rod and reel, but have lost once and almost lost a couple other times the side panel that holds the bale in. This happens when I put it in the rod holder and the switch goes from "locked" to "Open". They were great about getting me a replacement for when I lost it the first time. Hope they do so again in the future. I am on the website now looking for extra bales so I can switch from braided to flouro easily.

    Amazing

    It was difficult to learn how to use but once I got the hang of it. It instantly became my favorite reel to use. Just wish it was easier to order certain parts for it.
