    Internal anti-reverse stopped working after 2 years of occasional fishing. Do not recommend.

    Not worth the money. Been through dozens of these.

    Extremely smooth, but in a month or two of use, that comfortable soft coating on the reel handle will peel off and leave you with a sliver of sharp plastic to pinch. The new reels don't seem to have the same retrieval rate as the older models. After 4 - 6 months of use the bail springs will weaken and the bail will either not stay open, or close mid-cast (possibly causing an injury). The spool will become loose as well in short time.

    Amazing reels!

    I have been using Pflueger reels for years from the Trion to the Patriarch Absolutely the best reels made.

    Super clean reel! Ive owned the prsident in the past (the prior gen) and this one feels even higher quality. Its going to be great for light-medium fishing applications! Came fairly quickly and not in and damage
