I have emailed multiple times and wrote on instagram about the handle falling off the first time my son got to use this i purchased it for his birthday we went to the lake to use it he went to reel and it fell right off into the water we have no handle or the cap to keep the handle on.

We understand how upsetting it must have been to have the handle come off on the first use, and we can imagine how frustrating it is that you’ve been trying to reach support without success.

I have multiple of these reels on all different setups from dropshot, live bait, jigging, bottom bouncing and more. Absolutely love these reels. Smooth feel and good drag at a great price.

This is my second reel, first was returned for stripped handle so wouldn't attach. No instructions. And... There is no reverse switch. I paid $70+ for this and it doesn't reverse? Terrible.

Many newer reel designs no longer include an anti-reverse switch, as they are built with a continuous anti-reverse system for improved performance and reliability. However, we understand that this can be unexpected if you're used to a reel with that feature.

Unboxed original order via Amazon, and the handle was not attached to the real. Unable to attach it. Also, no user manual or operating instructions included in Box. Called their customer service, and they couldn’t explain why the handle wasn’t attached and deflected one question about no owners manual by saying, “you can go on YouTube and find out how to use it.” I even ordered a second one, just out of curiosity. Same issue!
